The Forgotten Art of Creating Reality + Introducing Tanya
Today we are looking at manifestation, and how we can begin to practice it through the lens of the long-distant past ā a past that, in truth, has never really left us. To help us, we will draw on ideas associated with Manly Palmer Hall, born in Ontario, Canada, and one of the great revealers of hidden wisdom from the early twentieth century. PLUS... I also have the pleasure of introducing the young lady who has been quietly gracing these discussions from the beginning. Until now she has been rather shy, but has finally agreed to tell us who she is. Her name is Tatiana Topaz, known to her friends as Tanya. Today we meet Tanya inside the extraordinary Lascaux caves in southwest France (actually not far from where I lived at one time) , among Paleolithic paintings created around 17,000 years ago. These images of animals, movement, mystery, and symbolic imagination are sometimes called the āSistine Chapel of Prehistory.ā It is a beautiful place to begin a discussion on manifestation, because long before modern times, terms like visualization or conscious creation, human beings were already working with image, attention, symbol, and sacred imagination. In future posts, we will accompany Tanya on her journey to places of beauty, mystery, and spiritual meaning, helping us explore ancient wisdom, forgotten practices, and inner principles that can still support our healing and growth today. She has also confided in me that video recordings of her travels may soon follow. For now, we begin in the cave, where image became doorway, and the human soul first learned to shape reality through wonder.
