personally, I avoid all forms of frequency technology that requires an app that you have to download to utilize. These apps can be hijacked any hackers. True resonance will flow from The Earth… the ground, the trees, the moon, the sun, the wind and the rain! Be careful when you open your portals and grant permission to your temple!
