2️⃣ Center Yourself Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and let go of any tension or distractions. Feel your body relax and your mind open.

3️⃣ Visualize the Symbols In your mind’s eye, picture the following symbols one at a time:

🌞 A glowing sun – Radiating warmth and vitality.
🌊 A flowing river – Moving effortlessly with the current.
🌸 A blooming flower – Unfolding its beauty to the world.

Notice which symbol calls to you the most. Trust your first instinct—this is your intuition speaking!

4️⃣ Ask for Guidance Hold your chosen symbol in your mind’s eye and ask the universe: “What wisdom or message do you have for me today?”

5️⃣ Receive the Message Let thoughts, feelings, or visuals flow naturally. Don’t overthink it—just observe. The message may come as a word, a sensation, or an image.
