Hello lovelies!

I’m officially announcing that the 4-Week Intuitive Glow-Up Challenge begins this Sunday, February 1st inside the Collective.

This challenge is a continuation of the New Year, New Me – Intuitive Glow-Up Reset and is designed to help you live the work — not just understand it.

Over the next 4 weeks, we’ll be focusing on:

• intuitive living in daily life• nervous system regulation

• intentional self-care• identity refinement

• 1% daily elevation through aligned habits

If you haven’t watched the workshop yet, I highly recommend doing so before Sunday. It sets the energetic and conceptual foundation for the challenge and will help everything land more deeply.

Tomorrow, I’ll be posting a preparation post to help you gently transition into the challenge — including how to set yourself up for success without pressure or overwhelm.

No preparation is required to participate — just presence and willingness.
