Six days!! One to go.
Take a moment before you watch today's video and actually feel that.
Six days of showing up, doing the work, and choosing yourself over the comfortable default of staying exactly where you were.
That is not nothing. That is the whole thing.
Today is the day we build what makes everything else permanent. Not a new skill. Not another technique. The foundation underneath all of it.
Self-trust.
Not the kind that comes from feeling good about yourself. The kind that comes from having a record — a real, honest, evidence-based record — of acting on what you know and watching what happens.
You have been building that record all week. Today you make it visible.
What you need to do today:

- Read through the lesson and complete the Evidence Audit
- Name your most consistent trust gap and make one small kept promise to yourself in that area today
- Do not tell anyone about that promise before you keep it — the keeping comes first
