Five days in!! We are almost to the finish line and it is UNBELIEVABLE the growth that is happening. It is truly beautiful to witness and we are only getting started!

And if you are anything like most people who do this work — doubt showed up right after you did.

Maybe it arrived the moment the action became real.

Maybe it borrowed someone else's voice when they reacted to your decision.

Maybe it has been sitting on top of the next thing you know you need to do, making it harder to approach..

Today we deal with that directly.

Day 5 is about learning to act with doubt still present. Not waiting for it to leave. Not needing it to be resolved before you move. Catching it, naming it for what it actually is, and moving from your knowing anyway.

What you need to do today:

Watch the Day 5 video inside the classroom
Read through the lesson and complete the Document and Disarm exercise
Find one moment today where someone's reaction triggers doubt in something you were already clear on — hold your line
Catch doubt in real time at least once and act anyway with it still present
