I gotta say, the spiritual upgrades have been wild since diving into basic training this week! My intuition has been heightened and my senses feel extra sharp and I feel like there are things... touching me. Like when a ghost is nearby and the hair on the back of your neck stands up. Just things like that. I've been getting like a cold sensation on my knee for example and then full body chills. There is no change in ambient temperature and no draft. It comes out of nowhere and it feels like someone touching me and then when I was contemplating this my intuition instantly thought of my mom and I had a sudden realization that things are about to get very interesting and intense.

There's something to be mindful of... when you activate and strengthen your psychic abilities, there's a chance you may see or perceive things. For example, mediumship comes to mind. Imagine how startling it would be to suddenly be able to see spirits. I try to approach this with a sense of curiosity. These things are ALWAYS there we are just learning to become more aware of them.

Are you noticing more lately? Do not be afraid, nothing exists outside of you therefore there is nothing to be scared of. You are safe 100% of the time. You will not be harmed and Im here for you if you need to talk about these things if theyre happening to you and disturbing you.
