So this morning I woke and ask Holy Spirit for a theme message for today… And I chose to use my Spotify music list to channel the message. I went to my list of favorite Stay tuned grooves and pushed the random shuffle button and this was the song that came up. There are no words to this song, but the title speaks for itself. If you listen to the music while you’re meditating you may feel that your body wants to move. Listen to your body. If it’s tight intense you definitely need to get moving. Start by stretching and doing something as simple as the hokey pokey. Turn yourself around! Today I’m going to do A few yoga movements, and move through a qi gong / tai chi session! Movement is important to keep your energy flowing as well as keeping bones, muscles and tendons healthy. Movement prevents stagnation in the lymphatic system and helps boost immune system function.
