Yes! I have been on a Solo Sacredness Journey as I will be 65 in October 2026…. Self Care and Loving Myself…. Today I went to my Primary Doctor….. I Got What I Asked For…. Health is Wealth…. Now I am going for the GOLD……. I have done the work. I want to be authentically honest about myself and I want to Show Up and live the life I I empower others to have , however health and healing is apart of it. It’s called Discipline….
