Emotion to Evoke: Curiosity through fear of death.
Hook: I thought I was dying but I was actually being reborn.

I woke up in an ambulance after eating a heroic dose of mushrooms. That day changed my life forever.

What began as a trip quickly became the most terrifying experience of my life.
During the peak, I lost consciousness.
The next thing I remember was waking up in an ambulance on the way to the hospital.

Lying there, I thought my life was over.
But what was really ending wasn’t my life.
It was the version of me hiding behind weed, alcohol, and self-destruction.

That experience forced me to look at myself honestly.
The path I was on. The choices I was making. The person I was becoming.
And I hated what I saw.

The hospital wasn’t where my story ended.
It was where a new profound chapter began.
That experience became the foundation for my sobriety, and taking back ownership of my life.
Sometimes rock bottom becomes the base you build on.
