The tidy trap
Monday loves a clean desk and a reorganized Notion.
It feels like progress. Color-coded. Labels fixed. Dashboard prettier.
Then it's noon and the real work is still untouched.
You are not lazy. You are hiding in setup.
Setup is useful once. After that it is avoidance wearing a productivity costume.
Pick the messy thing. Open the ugly doc. Write the bad first sentence. Give it 25 minutes before you touch another system.
Drop what you've been "setting up" instead of starting. No judgment. Just name it.
