Wednesday restart
I used to treat Wednesday like a verdict. Monday slipped. Tuesday got noisy. By midday Wednesday I'd decide the week was already gone. So I'd half-work. Or wait for next Monday. Here's the reframe: Wednesday isn't a report card. It's a door. You don't need a new personality. You need one honest restart. Pick the one outcome that would still make Friday feel like a win. Write it down. Start there. Leave the rest parked. If your week already went sideways, what's your one restart move today?

My body was dragging and my mind was struggling with where to start today. Then I remembered that I had a pre-scheduled online webinar that I originally signed up for with enthusiasm and then logged into with dread. However, it ended up being exactly what I needed to hear for my business and it was such a reminder that my restart is CONNECTION. Sometimes I feel almost like a leach because I need to feed off of the energy of others to get me moving. If I'm not hearing other points of view and other ideas, I get completely stuck in my head and in my routine and isolate myself. I lose my energy, motivation and inspiration. I need to find ways to generate this energy on my own or almost add it to my schedule during the week to find something that connects me and gives me the energy I need "on demand".
📌 UPDATE: How pods communicate (read this, it changed)
Quick fix to make pod life simple. Some of you weren't seeing the reply-all emails, so we're done with email for pod coordination. Here's the system from today forward, and there are only three moves: 1. Pod coordination happens in Skool DMs. Skool doesn't have group chat yet, so message your two pod mates directly (tap their name, then Chat). Yes, that means two messages instead of one. Send both, propose your 15-minute window, first mover wins. 2. Your weekly pod meeting: 15 minutes, two questions. Did the reps happen? What got in the way? Call, video, or right in the DMs. Three voice notes answering the two questions counts as a full meeting. No excuses about calendars. 3. After you meet, one of you posts in this category: pod name plus one word. "Met. Building." Ten seconds. That's the whole report. The pods: 🔸 Pod 1 · Rattana · Frenchye · Peter John 🔸 Pod 2 · Brooks · Adwoa · Terri · Jani 🔸 Pod 3 · Crystal · Quincy · Archie 🔸 Pod 4 · Mey-Ling · Nicholas · Kimberley One miss is a data point. Never miss twice. That applies to pods too.

Thank you - I was struggling to figure out how to connect.
Friday Parking Lot
Your brain is already writing Monday's list. Before you leave today, dump every open loop on paper or a note. Circle the one that actually matters Monday. Park the rest. That is Run Your Week in one move. The loops stay. Your Monday does not drown in them. Drop your one Monday priority below if you want.

One clean close
Friday afternoon brain loves starting new things. New tabs. New ideas. A fresh plan for next week. That feels productive. It usually just leaves more open loops. You do not need a bigger Monday list. You need one clean close today. Pick one thing that has been 80% done all week. Finish it, or write the exact next step and park it. Then stop. What is your one clean close before the weekend?

I finally submitted my business taxes that I kept delaying because I worried that they weren't perfectly complete, when in fact they probably were. Whew!
