Ships are most safe in harbors but that's not what they're built for. In the harbors they are still open to elements that can affect them, but they were built to go out...

I've had a few conversations this week about positive risk taking. Then, on the same day I had a conversation about this I received a gift with a note from my dad reminding me of this with this exact quote. Funny how things come together all at once. I needed to hear it. (Thank you)

So my question to you is, what does it look like for you to step out of the harbor and where are you right now?

I am not ready to take a positive risk, it's too risky

I'm getting my feet wet but I'm not ready to go out just yett

I'm embracing the challenge of going out and taking positive risks even if I'm afraid

I'm already out and it's great out here
