Sunday: Flowing from Rest into Radiance
Inspired by @Lisa Vanderveen, who follows the Hebrew calendar, I am reminded today that Sunday is the first day of the week after the Sabbath, a weekly celebration of rest, combined with Sunday as the weekly Christian festival of resurrection. I begin my new week consciously in this spirit, already today.
This means that your seed of radiance can appear anywhere, in an inspiring conversation, a fleeting moment of joy, or a spark that makes you shine from within.
It is a moment to pause and notice what truly energizes you, what lights you up from the inside. My personal seed of radiance today was a meeting with Sandra Bülling, full of joy, vitality, and creative energy that carries directly into the days ahead.
This belief in resurrection finds expression in your radiant self-confidence. When you follow your inner truth and live with purpose, it provides guidance and shows up in your everyday life. You sense what is alive within you, how your actions are aligned, and how they become effective through this clarity.
What if, even today, on this Sunday, you stepped into the new week from the abundance of rest, reflection, and leisure?
I’m curious, what was your personal seed of radiance today?
