Voice Ai for Landscapers (No google calendar)
Hey everyone,
I just signed a landscaper on a free trial who liked the idea of a voice AI receptionist that answers missed calls, collects quote info, and instantly texts the details to the owner.
I’m currently using Vapi + n8n — the AI gathers fields like first name, suburb, and job scope using function tools, but those tools can’t grab extra metadata like recording URL or caller_phone.
Has anyone figured out a clean way to make Vapi automatically send all call data (recording, phone, name, suburb, job description) to n8n in one workflow — ideally logging it straight to Google Sheets and triggering the SMS after the call ends?
Would love to see how others are structuring this.
