LinkedIn keeps changing, but here's what I've noticed that doesn't:
1. Your hook should match your content
People do this all the time.
They have an amazing opening line.
Then the post talks about something else.
It's confusing. It breaks trust.
Instead, summarize what's coming in your post in the first three lines.
DO NOT use clickbait.
2. Engagement creates reach (not the other way)
I would recommend spending 90% of your time engaging with OTHER people's content.
Not only with your posts.
Not just bigger creators.
Find 5-10 NEW people every day and have some really cool conversations with them.
This is the most efficient organic growth method.
3. DMs are for building relationships, not sales
People won't buy from a single DM.
It's always way before that.
Use your DMs to start conversations, ask questions, and be genuinely curious.
My rec is to DM one person from your ICP who viewed your profile or content every day.
Consistently do these three things.
It does not matter how often the algorithm changes, none of these LinkedIn strategies is going anywhere.
👉 PS. What have you been trying that HASN'T changed?
