In the beginning was the word. There were no bodies with mouths or ears. Phonetics.... Energy and frequencies Vibrating, Cymatics & Vibration. We are energy... Capsulated in these dense bodies. Beautiful wonderfully designed bodies... Nevertheless... I am Not the body. I am the consciousness and spirit the dwells within... Why does this matter?. I am not my name, thoughts or experience. That's Refreshing. I can determine my experience. The same vibration that vibrated planets into existence... Resides in me!

K-NOW When we k.now.... All there is... is the now. Then we realeyes... All we desire is here right now. Its the slight shift in perception. It's more real than the chair I'm sitting on. The chair im sitting on is the effect... the mind that created the chair, is the cause. Before the chair was made it was thought... designed then constructed. So NOW WE K-NOW! When someone says "see you tomorrow". That tomorrow is now. When you see them the perceived next day. It is still the Now!
