• This made it real and specific instead of just a vague feeling.
❓ Step 2: Is This Stress Real & Worth It?
• I asked: Is this something that truly matters? Is it within my control?
• If not, I wrote out why I was stressing over something that didn’t deserve my energy.
• If yes, I moved to Step 3.
🛠 Step 3: Find the Root Cause
• I kept asking why until I found the root cause of my stress.
• Example: I’m stressed about missing a deadline.
• Why? → Because I’m behind on work.
• Why? → Because I wasted too much time on low-value tasks.
• Why? → Because I didn’t prioritize properly.
• Solution: Fix my priority system.
⚡ Step 4: Create an Action Plan to Fix the Root Cause
• I wrote down 1-3 action steps to solve the problem at its core.
• If something couldn’t be fixed immediately, I created a prevention plan to avoid it happening again.
🙏 Step 5: End With Gratitude
• I wrote three things I was grateful for to shift my focus from stress to opportunity.
📝 Step 6: Stream of Consciousness Writing
• I finished with 5 minutes of free writing to clear my head before ending my session.
The Results? Stress Gone. Business Growth Up.
After just a few weeks of journaling like this:
