Good Morning!
A good homeschool/unschool program includes out-of-the-home activities. These develop social skills, broaden opportunities for discovery, and support special interests. Having a farm, I provide a lot of opportunity here at home, but we also include swim lessons into our schedule for my water-obsessed son. What activities do you do or want to do? What do you hope to gain from those experiences?

Want to see how to design multiple lessons in one?
Keep your objectives minimal by using a cross-curricular strategy. What's your child's interest... vehicles, animals, sports, or something else? Focus on that one topic and use it to apply math, english, social studies, executive functioning, speech therapy, etc. Less stress on you, more fun for them, and they see the relevance of what they are learning and why. Comment below if you'd like to see a lesson designed start to finish to cover multiple topics.
