This course provides a safe space to facilitate a gentle new beginning for anyone who feels or has felt lost, hurt, or disconnected. Whether living with PTSD from abuse, or after another traumatic event. This course helps you understand where you are emotionally, mentally, and physically, and to begin rebuilding a safe connection with yourself. Learn to recognize your feelings, notice your body’s signals, and take your first step toward healing, strength, and self-acceptance—at your own pace.
