This space is led by lived experience. IndieFlow was created by someone who built a support business from independent work into a large provider, while also being an NDIS participant and carer. Everything shared here is grounded in real work and real decision making.
IndieFlow is for people who care about doing support work properly. We focus on boundaries, ethics, compliance, wellbeing, and sustainability, not shortcuts or hustle culture.
Inside the community, members learn from shared experience, reflect on real scenarios, and build confidence in their practice. This is a professional space built on integrity and respect.
