Perfume Question
I have a Perfume question maybe someone can help me. I have 50 g of a neat Perfume creation how much perfume alcohol would be required to make it a 25% EDP. Is there a formula that I need to follow that will help me figure this out? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
