🔍 We're Hiring: Sales Closer
Hi everyone, I'm Habab! I run a growing online education company, and we're scaling fast — bringing in a large volume of warm, pre-booked calls that we currently can't keep up with. We need a driven closer to help us manage the demand.
This is consultative sales, not a hard close. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping clients find the best outcome for them — not just getting the close.
What We Offer:
- Warm inbound leads (no cold calling) 📞
- Realistic earnings of £3,300–£8,300+/month depending on volume and follow-up
- Full training and a structured discovery framework provided
- Real room to grow — potential to lead the sales team as we scale
What We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated & coachable
- High-ticket, consultative sales experience preferred
- Genuinely cares about the client's outcome, not just the close
- Diligent with follow-up — won't let a warm lead go cold
- Hunger to succeed and help clients hit their goals
