Write something
Welcome to my virtual wellness garden, darling.
Before you go into the bushes to quietly observe everyone, please come introduce yourself properly. Tell us your name, what you create or are building, and what season you are currently in. Are you recalibrating, rebuilding, refining, resting, starting again, or finally admitting you want more without burning yourself out to get it? You do not need a polished elevator pitch here, because this space is for real creative founders, artisans, writers, and quietly ambitious people who value depth, discernment, beauty, and honest growth. Share one thing you are proud of, one thing you are currently navigating, and what you would love this space to support you with. I'll go first: I'm Yemaja, the woman behind Find Your Zen UK, and I created this space for people who want to build beautifully, live intentionally, and stop treating exhaustion like a badge of honour.

Welcome to my virtual wellness garden, darling.
Can we normalise being a work in progress without acting like we’re failing?
Some of you are rebuilding your confidence, finances, and nervous system after years of survival mode. That is WORK. Everything valuable often doesn’t look productive on the outside. This is actually something we’re exploring deeply inside the paid community right now because so many creatives are trying to build beautiful lives while recovering from exhaustion. So, let me ask you: what are you rebuilding in this season?
Is it possible?
Can I really make a business from the things I love doing? I’ve been working at it for over a decade. It is happening slowly. Success doesn’t happen overnight in most cases. It takes time, sweat and some tears. What remains is a drive that will not allow you to quit. Business is challenging, but so much fun when your hobbies are your business. Patience and experimentation is everything. 😊 What have you been building for the pleasure of it?
A boundary is not you being difficult
Every time you say yes when you mean no, over-explain your needs, or abandon yourself to keep the mood light, you pay for it with your nervous system. What is one boundary you know you need to strengthen right now?
Today reminded me that running a business isn’t always about growth
Sometimes it’s about letting go, and that part doesn’t get spoken about enough.
