PRACTICE makes PROGRESS!
Practice makes progress. Theorizing or hypothesizing all day long won’t get you as far as taking action daily. Start with something you LIKE. Set a minimum of five minutes on average per day and you will find that you easily spend more than five minutes a day once you sit down to practice.
