So, here is a slightly "provoking" question for today.
It's a question that Earl Shoaf asked Jim Rohn when he was 25 and Jim was stumped. (Earl mentored Jim, and Jim mentored Tony Robbins whom you may have heard of).
Earl asked Jim Rohn "What's your plan?"
When Jim eventually admitted he didn't have a plan Earl said, "I can guess your bank account to a within a few dollars then". He was right, it was zero, with more debts than cash.
What Earl Shoaf meant was "where is your written life plan?"
Our companies have mission statements (What it is going to accomplish) and visions (what it is going to become).
If we are going to put the time into that thinking for our companies, we might want to do the same for ourselves?
