I’m Irene Ruiz, creator of the Impact Leadership System. I hold a degree in Chemistry and have more than 10 years of hands-on leadership experience as a Laboratory Manager, Quality Director and Operations Director.
For over a decade, I’ve also been teaching leadership to business owners, managers and team leaders across different sectors.
My approach combines assertive communication, employee behavioral profiles and emotional motivation to help leaders build proactive, committed and autonomous teams.
I believe leadership is not about controlling people or treating everyone the same. It’s about keeping clear standards while adapting how you communicate, motivate and develop the person in front of you.
