Sometimes deeper than the client is ready to go… yet.
As intuitive coaches, we often sense what’s really happening beneath the story.
We may feel the core issue long before it becomes conscious for the client.
And that can be challenging.
Because the work is not about telling the truth as we see it.
It’s about holding space for the client to arrive there in their own time.
This is where real mastery lives.
Instead of statements, we offer curiosity.
Instead of direction, we offer presence.
Instead of answers, we ask powerful, open-ended questions.
We listen intuitively.
We notice patterns.
We may share gentle observations — not as facts, but as reflections.
The coach’s role is not to lead the client to a conclusion.
It is to create a safe, honest space where the client can hear themselves clearly.
When insight is self-discovered, it integrates.
When it’s imposed, it resists.
This is the depth of intuitive coaching.
And it requires patience, trust, and deep respect for the client’s inner timing.
