I'm Serena Zafar and I'm really happy to be part of this group. I joined Skool yesterday and I'm already learning so much from all the different communities!
I currently work as a Customer Service Representative at Work N Solution. My daily work involves helping people and solving problems, but I also have a passion for the coaching industry. I specifically help coaches with their organic client acquisition systems, ensuring they can grow their business naturally and connect with the right people.
I joined ILCATE Engage: Coach & Lead because I want to grow my own leadership and communication skills. I want to be better at what I do so I can provide even more value to my team and the coaches I support.
