Welcome to The SureSmile Sprint Programme - the private home of the founding cohort!
This is a 13-week programme for SureSmile-certified UK practices, built with Dentsply Sirona, to grow clear aligner case volume from the patients you already have - no ads, no discounting and no scripts to memorise.
How it works: new content drops every Monday morning in the Classroom, in short videos your team watches when the diary allows.
Every video ends with a clear action, and each Monday I'll post the one that matters most that week. In the practice, you run one thing without exception: the 12-minute Aligner Huddle - there is a sheet is pinned in the community and I cover this in more detail in week 1.
You've got me and the Ignite team in here every day, your SureSmile specialist alongside you, guest sessions from serious names in UK dentistry, and a bunch of other practices building the same system at the same time.
