Self Doubt is the KEY
I remember when I walked away from my ownership stake in the first shop I co-owned.
I was full of doubt because everything I had built until then was under the umbrella of that shop.
I thought, "Am I making a mistake?"
"Will my clients even follow me?"
That moment defined this current season for me because that was the first time I defeated Imposter syndrome as a barber.
Years later, as I look back I realize that it was a few decisions and a perspective switch that truly had the difference for me.
Self Doubt was the key because once I face that Self-Doubt door and used that Key to unlock it, everything changed!
