Clean up
So I have a WIN to celebrate.. I recently cut a client on Tuesday and they scheduled another cut and beard shave today. Well I knew this would be my opportunity to introduce and work on doing an actual “clean up” service. Once I got the client in the chair and did my quick consultation (he’s a recurring client) I started my timer. I got through with the refresh of the cut and shave of beard (with electric shaver) in 15 mins!! Woohoo!! I was pretty excited about being to accomplish that, but I still have work to do. I ended up finishing in 20 mins after doing the lineup w/ razor.
Just wanted to give a quick testimony.. I’m determined to allow this community to help me grow as a barber and business owner!! 🙏🏽
