1v1 Sessions Now Available!!!
I will now be hosting/giving 1v1 sessions for ShadowWork Alignment. As your coach WE will discuss your childhood traumas, vices, triggers, things you've suppressed, unprocessed emotions, etc. I will teach you to notice and be aware of repetitive patterns and break cycles. Grand Rising Reflections 🪞 🪞 🪞, today is about awareness. Awareness of traumatic cycles, things that bring you emotional trauma, and childhood trauma. By dwelling we create a blockage from within. Not fully releasing but simply burying the trauma. Creating cycles of traumatic events. We must Re-learn discipline, and break these cycles.
