I’m a CF-L1, Certified HYROX Performance Coach, and Head of Strength & Conditioning at Caspian Sports Club. I also coach at CrossFit Birch Bender in Newmarket, ON, and work as a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA) out of Fitness Force in Keswick, ON.
