Targeting Question

Hey Everyone! Please delete if this isn't allowed. I work for my family real estate company and we have been testing out some new Facebook Ads. We are a pretty successful real estate team already but never really have done paid FB ads successfully. We have been testing some ads talking about what we do best and what sets us apart from other agents. Our target audience is homeowners looking to sell. I have had a Facebook Ad running a few weeks now and haven't gotten one lead. Since you have to disclose "Housing Ads" on Facebook, I am limited to what targeting I can do. Any tips on how ot best target homeowners on Facebook ads would be awesome! I know Facebook ads for real estate teams works as I see multiple mega teams that we compete with running them.
