Automating IG Convo tracking

We use Instagram to chat with leads and either book calls for my main offer, or downsell them to another offer

I have a setter working this inbox and he tracks his daily output manually, number of chats, data on each person etc

Is there any way to automate this?

I know about things like manychat but I don’t know if it allows you to automatically track number of daily convos / follow ups etc.

Please please point me in the right direction here!
