Over the last 20+ years, I have taught self-hypnosis to thousands of people and trained many workshop leaders. One thing I have learned is that some of the best workshop leaders are not professional therapists. They are women with life experience, empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Inside this community, I will teach you how to lead simple self-hypnosis workshops for women and help other women navigate stress, confidence issues, life transitions, and everyday challenges.
This is more than a training program. It is a supportive community where women learn together, share experiences and grow step by step.
No previous experience is required.
