Sometimes the biggest shifts are the quieter ones:
Less food noise
Pausing before automatically eating
Feeling calmer around food
Thinking about food less
Feeling more aware of hunger/fullness
Sleeping better
Feeling less guilty after eating
Feeling more in control in the evenings
Or maybe you’ve simply noticed yourself becoming more aware of your habits and patterns.
That matters too.
This process is not about being “perfect”.
It’s about gently changing your relationship with food, stress, habits, and yourself over time.
