I'm just getting started and I'm assuming if we're really going to start serving the public in a business capacity, we have to get a license so that we're protected legally (you know, in case someone eats our cotton candy, goes into a diabetic coma and sues! 😉) I would LOVE a video taking us through that process...how much it costs, how long it takes to get one, etc. ALSO, I'm jumping on the bandwagon with a request for how to make your own cotton candy sugar flavors (including the boozy ones!), info on how to make organic cotton candy sugar vs. standard and whether you've done (or it's even possible, to do sugar-free options). How do you deal with the Humidity and making cotton candy. I we can have some bad days and it will take 4x the amount to make a cone.
