Welcome to the society of super-sweaters - where we are groovy in every way (except maybe when it comes to white shirts)
This group is not only about support and understanding but also to share my theories (as a qualified nutritionist) on why some of us have hyper-active sweat glands (you'll have some 'aha' moments, I promise), specific diet and lifestyle changes I've made over the years that have helped to lessen the damp patches (to the point I even venture out in a white shirt occasionally *gasp*), WITHOUT relying on anti-perspirants (actually, I think they make the problem worse, in the long run) or 'helpful hacks' like sticking sanitary pads in the armpit of my shirts (no judgement, desperate times call for desperate measures).
Join us for advice, support, and above all, some fun - cos life is too shirt to let sweat patches bring us down or overshadow our awesome-ness.
