Another week done! Flip, this week has flown by!
Another step forward, even if it didn’t all go to plan.
This is your reminder that progress doesn’t always look perfect. Some weeks it’s PBs and big sessions… other weeks it’s rest days, adjustments, and just showing up when it would’ve been easier not to. We’ve had a deload this week and I think my Achilles have been very grateful for it.

I’m super excited for the increase in training for this week knowing that I’m back to shuffle running on the treadmills. This is giving me good spirits for our race in a months time! Fingers crossed it carries on this way 🤩🙏🏽
