I’ve been reminded lately that leadership isn’t about having it all figured out — it’s about trusting God enough to move even when we don’t see the whole path.
It’s easy to lead when things are clear and comfortable. But the kind of leadership that actually shapes people — and builds faith — happens when we’re willing to step out even when it doesn’t all make sense.
👉 Here’s the challenge this week:
Find one area where God might be calling you to step out in faith.
It could be:
- Having a conversation you’ve been putting off.
- Taking initiative where you’ve been waiting for clarity.
- Choosing obedience over comfort.
- Letting go of control and trusting God with the outcome.

Share where you feel God is calling you to step out, and how you plan to trust Him in it this week.
Let’s be the kind of leaders who don’t just talk about faith — but actually live it out.
