Everyone’s buzzing about Google Veo and the next wave of AI video tools. The visuals are looking good, but the real question for agents and marketers isn’t “how cinematic can this get,” it’s “how does this actually help me sell or explain something faster", right?
I’ve been playing with different ways to bring AI video into the real estate workflow, not as a replacement for pro videographers, but to support pitches, pre-listing content, early-stage marketing, and even internal concepting.
The big unlock is pairing tools like Veo with Huzi’s planning boards, using AI to storyboard, script, and organize video content way before you hit record (or prompt). It’s not perfect yet, but the gap between idea and execution is definitely shrinking.
