Just started the course but am really enjoying it .... I need things to be detailed because of my auhd so this guy has helped me dot the i's and cross the it's.. excellent

I've learnt so much from the program that I'm comfortable with learning new techniques where ever I see them now. I'm well aware of what's possible and what's coming when rolling with higher belts(me a blue). I train 2x a week (on a good week) and many people can't believe it when I say that. Because BJJ is so vast and difficult, HPU helps me understand what I might face on the mat, being able to cut through the noise and have the HPU material as a viable resource to compliment my training time
