We are looking to onboard full-time SDRs who are able to book in qualified leads for Closers on the calendar. We also have full-cycle sales rep and are moving into pool teams as the offer is scaling past $250k+ per month
💰Realistic OTE expectations - $3k to $5k not including 1st Setter Bonus $500
🎯5% Setter commission with the ability to hit 7% on all commissions earned current month if exceeded CC target goal that month
📅 Full training with Weekly call reviews, role plays and team meetings with Closers and Creator to help us improve our closing process
❌ This opportunity is not for princess setters that want to work part time 2-3 hours a day
