Launch Details: • Webinar on June 11 • ~2,000 registered leads • Fully warm audience Lead Profile: • US based professionals (24–40) • Stable income with strong intent • Looking to transition out of 9–5 into a real business Responsibilities: • Dial 150+ leads per day • Book qualified calls for closers • Update CRM after every interaction • Submit daily reports • Follow scripts and SOPs Requirements: • Full time availability • EST or CST timezone • Strong communication • Coachable and disciplined • High activity tolerance Disqualifiers: • Inconsistent communication • Skipping reports • Splitting focus across multiple offers • Not open to feedback
