Lead Profile: • US based professionals (24–40) • Stable income and serious intent • Looking to leave 9–5 and build a real business

Responsibilities: • Take 5–8+ calls per day • Close deals using provided framework • Update CRM and track activity • Follow up with prospects • Submit daily reports Requirements: • Full time availability • EST or CST timezone • Strong communication • Coachable and self driven • Must be consistent and accountable Disqualifiers: • Inconsistent communication • Not submitting reports • Splitting focus across multiple offers • Not open to feedback
