We’re scaling fast at DigiGrow and looking to bring on **9 killers** to join our team.

We’re a website dev agency focused on helping **plumbing businesses generate more leads** through high-converting sites + SEO. Currently a team of 7, pushing to 16 over the next phase.

**Open Roles:**

- 2 Closers - meetings from ads

- 2 Warm Diallers - Speed-to-lead for ad traffic

- 3 Cold Callers - working with QUALIFIED leads

- 2 DM Setters - for our white-label website partnership offer - completely separate from selling to plumbers

**OTE (Monthly):**

* Closers: £3k–£6k ($3.8k–$7.6k)

* Inbound Setters: £2k–£4k ($2.5k–$5k)

* Outbound Callers: £2k–£4k ($2.5k–$5k)

* DM Setters: £1k–£2k ($1.3k–$2.5k)

**Requirements:**

* Closers / Diallers: Must be able to work UK hours (UK-based preferred)

* DM Setters: Remote worldwide, but **high-level English is non-negotiable**

We’re not looking for beginners — we want people who can **execute, take ownership, and perform** inside a fast growing company and scale their online income.
