The goal of the community besides supporting each other is to focus on all of the aspects of health and wellness that I feel are missing. Things like the importance of your environment, emotional state, and energy balance. There’s a ton more too!
All of these things play a big role in a person’s success when attempting to improve their health, specifically diet and exercise. Most people who start a diet or exercise plan fail to stick to it, and I believe this is why. They don’t have a “big picture” understanding of their health. Focussing on only diet and exercise without a concept of the finished product is like trying to build a house with no blueprints.
Diet and exercise are both very important but without consideration of an entire person’s wellbeing diet and exercise become almost impossible to stick too long term. Every person I have ever met, including myself, has figured these other things out in some capacity out of necessity. Nobody shared the underlying principles and factors they needed for success in one place, they had to learn on their own and track the information down.
Those are the things I will focus on here. And hopefully meet other people who can teach them along the way and share them with you.
