I finally ordered some more Einkorn Flour 🤪🎉 I'll be mixing & baking soon!!
Einkorn is often referred to as “man’s first wheat." I like to call it The OG Wheat🌾 (OG = original)
Fun Fact about this bread... People with gluten sensitivities can eat it with no issues because of the weak gluten structure of it!! A customer of mine with a bad gluten sensitivity decided to give it a try and it didn't bother her one bit!!
In my opinion, it's about the healthiest bread there is out there💯
